We then identify current and emerging risks in your industry and present relevant insights and risk advice. We make sure that everything is clearly explained so you can feel confident in your coverage needs.
Approval

After presenting your insurance options, you then review approved policy selection. We then bind cover and provide insurance certificates and policy documentation and document renewal dates.
Alterations
Alterations
We make sure that we discuss any changes that may impact your risk profile and confirm details of amendments. Afterwards, we provide amended certificate of currency and policy documentation.
Claims
Claims
If you have to make a claim, we make sure we are available to support you at every stage of the claims process. We negotiate with supplier/insurer claims team and follow-up continuously until successful claim settlement.
Renew
Renew
We it comes time for your renewal, we will review the existing policy as renewal date approaches. We will also discuss any possible changes to your business to ensure you are appropriately covered.
